At Bay Tek and The Village, giving isn’t an annual checkbox it’s part of our DNA. We call it “We Give 120%.”

We dedicate 10% of annual profits to our people and another 10% to our communities, because we believe the two go hand-in-hand. When our team thrives, our communities flourish and when our communities flourish, our people thrive.

10% Back to Our People

The first 10% goes directly to our employees through profit-sharing bonuses. It’s one of the ways we say thank you to the people who pour their creativity, craftsmanship, and care into every game that bears the Bay Tek name. Whether you’re designing a new concept, machining a part, or supporting our customers, your contribution matters and we make sure it’s recognized.

10% Back to Our Communities

The second 10% is pledged to charitable causes and local initiatives that align with our values. From youth programs and food pantries to faith-based missions and environmental projects, our giving reaches across Northeast Wisconsin and beyond. But we don’t just write checks we show up. You’ll find Bay Tek team members volunteering their time, sharing their skills, and lending a hand wherever it’s needed most.

Random Acts of Kindness: Empowering Employees to Give Back

We know that generosity looks different for everyone. That’s why each month, during our all-hands meeting, we draw five employee names and donate $500 to the charity of their choice.

This simple but meaningful tradition allows every team member to champion the causes close to their heart, whether that’s supporting a veterans’ organization, rescuing animals, funding cancer research, or helping a local family in need.
