Happy December and best wishes to you and your families during this special time of year!
As we approach the end of 2019, we have the opportunity to reflect with gratitude on the tremendous blessings we have within our Village and Bay Tek Family. We are truly blessed with caring and talented people who makes not only what we do, but how we do it something special. Together, we get to create fun and create value serving others with the opportunity to have a lasting positive impact on so many, including our customers, suppliers, owners, fellow Bay Tekkers, and Village Teammates.
As a Bay Tek Family, we started our 2019 year together with the theme of One Family, One Team, One Direction and it’s been an amazing year because of great people and many memorable moments. I will highlight just a few cool moments of 2019.
As we live out our ‘WHY’, making a positive difference in the lives of others within our community, in 2019 we will share more dollars back with our community than ever before. We took time together as a Bay Tek family in early October venturing out in the community to lend a hand to three worthy causes. So many Bay Tekkers take the opportunity to lead and team-up, to help others in need. It’s really cool to witness!
This year marked the completion of our building expansion, enabling a safer and better environment for our team and to also support our current and future growth. We celebrated in August with an Open House with many of our valued customers and suppliers.
Several new product launches supported by our customers in 2019 paved the way for our great year including Skee-Ball® 1908, Connect 4 Hoops®, and Willy Crash®. Willy Crash® became the fastest game to 1,000 unit sales in our history! Our power-brand Skee-Ball®, launched with the Wisconsin State Lottery, joining many other states and recently launched our newest Classic and Glow products.
As a result of our contributions in 2019, we appreciate the industry kindly recognizing Bay Tekkers. We received several awards reflecting how we lived our Mission of Creating Fun and Profit including receiving “Most Innovative Product” from AMOA for Connect 4 Hoops®, “Best New Product” from IAAPA also for Connect 4 Hoops®, and Chuck E. Cheese recognized Bay Tekkers for Vendor of the Year. These are truly an honor.
I am grateful to all of you and congratulate you on an excellent 2019(and our Village Teammates) The future remains bright in entertainment and Bay Tek’s unwavering commitment to serve and be uniquely different has enabled a fantastic 2019 and sets us up for another great year in 2020 and the years ahead.
