We are all associated with a fun industry, right? SO that means we all have fun all day along everyday at work, right? How often is that the assumption people make? “I wish I could go to work and have fun all day!” Ideally, going to work and having fun is something we could all say that we actually get to do. The reality is that many people do not; however, I believe, we all CAN.
Now, do we all get to go to work and get to play Big Bass Wheel, Connect4 Hoops and Willy Crash all day? No. That doesn’t even happen at Bay Tek. But what can and does happen is we all get the opportunity to have fun. In my world, “fun” means living out your passion, the thing that YOU can be great at, and feeling a sense of purpose. It means waking up in the morning and being excited to go to work. It means knowing that at the end of the day, you will feel a sense of accomplishment that sometimes only you understand.
Imagine what it would look and feel like if you got to have fun all day, everyday…
What would your “work” look like?
What would your world look like?
What would the impact be on those around you?
What would the impact be on the world around you?
Ask yourself the following questions…
Why do I do what I do?
What would I do for free, if I could? And Why?
When do I really feel like I make a difference?
What does that feel like for me and for others?
How might I do this all day every day?
Our industry is based on a belief that if you help people to have fun, you can have a successful business. What if we all really lived this? Imagine the real fun we could have.
